Most people that are new to yoga and the practice of yoga are often mistaken by the fact that it is just a sequence of poses that will make you flexible and in some way relaxed. But.. there is so much more to it!
In my classes I’d like to not only teach the different poses (asanas) of which yoga consists but also why these certain comfortable steady postures are used.
Keeping in mind that there is no one size fits all, I will introduce you during the classes to varianty of different meditation techniques.
This way you will be able to find out which method fits you the best.
