Aimée Namasté

Over the years, I have studied and trained in a wide range of healing disciplines from yoga and meditation to orthomolecular medicine, trauma-informed coaching, and microdosing guidance. Each of these modalities offered me a unique way of understanding the body, the mind, and the nervous system. Step by step, they became the building blocks of the holistic approach I share today.

Alongside my professional training, I have also witnessed firsthand how a dysregulated nervous system can impact every area of life from energy and focus to emotions and relationships. This lived experience gave me a deep respect for the body’s wisdom, and a clear vision: to offer others the tools I wish had been available to me sooner.

My mission is simple: to guide you back into balance with practical, science-based methods combined with mindful and compassionate practices. Through breathwork, movement, nutrition, and nervous system regulation, I help you feel safe, supported, and strong in daily life so that calm and resilience become your natural state.
